Not quite right or ordered the wrong size? Don’t stress! The Little Pantry Project has a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, we offer exchanges or store credits only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or customised products / labels. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
STORE CREDITS
Store credits are valid for 12 months. This will be issued to you once the product is returned.
