Absolutely! If you choose to pick up your item, you will receive a confirmation email once your product is ready. Collection will be from a home address in Torquay and provided to you once the product is ready.

Nope! As we drop your products off to your front door, a photo will be sent to you via email to confirm the product has been delivered and in perfect condition.

We offer free delivery in Torquay VIC & Ocean Grove VIC, most days of the week. If you live outside of these areas and would like delivery, a small travel fee will incur and will most likely be a weekend delivery.

Sure can! Our consultations are complimentary, however if you prefer someone to jump in right away, then we are happy for that too.

Our bread box is designed to accomodate standard-sized bread loaves, rolls, baguettes, and other similar-sized baked goods. You have 25cm of depth to play with. Don’t want to use it as a bread box? Totally fine! We’ve seen customers use the versatile box as a charging station too!

Unfortunately, no. For the longevity of the product itself and the labels, we highly recommend not putting these items in the dishwasher. The labels in particular, will disintegrate and won’t be the same as when you first got them. We recommend giving the product a wipe with a damp cloth and avoid any water or oily hands on the labels.

1. Donate - This is our favourite thing to do! Not only are we making you smile with your new pantry, we will also be making someone else smile with your donation. Even better, we do all the hard work for you and drop these items off. Drop offs include, Op Shop or Donation Bins. However, if you have a particular company you would like to donate your items to, we are more than happy to arrange this as well.

2. Bin - Yep, straight in the bin. No hesitations! This includes ALL expired, best before & used by items. Why? Because we are starting fresh and this will make space. These items will always be disposed of correctly.

Nope, not necessarily! All discussions & quotes will be already organised by this point. You are more than welcome to do whatever you feel comfortable with. Just remember that we do require a lot of bench space and the most part of your kitchen, so the more space we have, the quicker we can get it done for you. Most of our customers aren’t usually home and we just pop some music on and smash it out as soon as we can for you. Imagine coming home to a mess-free pantry!

Please don’t feel embarrassed. We do not judge. Pantries are often one of the most busy spaces in a house, so it can be extremely difficult to manage when you don’t have the time or the tools. Before and after photos are at your consent only. We have experience with a whole range of pantries and we are here to make a space in your home spark joy again!
